| Join us and start working in the Competence Domain IMS & IPN. As Solution Architect you will provide pre-sales support, drive forward sales leads, be the technically responsible person in delivery projects and you will travel internationally and work in different cultural environments. The job is based in Tallinn, Estonia.
As Solution Architect your main tasks will include:
- Pre-sales activities together with the Engagement Practices' and Customer Units
- Supporting the organization with expertise in the solution portfolio, which will include answering Statement of Compliance documents, developing business and solution descriptions, writing and reviewing marketing and sales material etc.
- Investigating and solving complex technical problems for our customers
- Taking technical responsibility for solution analysis, solution design, specifications & customer interface from a solution and business perspective
- Participating in customer projects, including the definition, management and verification of solutions; analyzing customer processes and requirements; performing dimensioning; estimating the cost of customer adaptations; writing solution descriptions; securing technical functionality, and ensuring quality of delivery
You will be working within areas like PSTN transformations, VoLTE etc. and it is therefore expected that you have a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software, networks as well as business knowledge. You enjoy working with people from around the world and across various disciplines, from customer technical staff to C-level. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.
You should have:
- A Bachelor or Master of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent, plus desirably some work experience of relevance, e.g. experience with pre-sales and solution deliveries, knowledge about eTom and ITIL
- Availability to travel (up to 50%)
- Good Estonian and English language skills, Russian is a plus
- Solid IP competence, IMS knowledge and pref. experience
- Service and business mindedness
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Able to work alone and in teams, also in a multi country environment
- Show high accomplishment skills
