SUSHI ASSISTANT

Job specifications:

Preparation of sushi and sticks

Daily co-management of the kitchen

Produce and execute high end ingredients to perfection

Requirements:

In a position as Sushi assistant in Food Asylum, you will need to work independent as well as a team player. You need to be a good listener and be able to execute and take orders from the Head Chef.

Most of all it is important that you take pride in all you do!

Qualifications & skills:

Preferably minimum 2 years of experience with sushi preparation or kitchen work

Education is an advantage but not a requirement

Completed courses in hygiene

Extravert and social attitude

High degree of attention to service and a genuine interest in creating unique customer experience

Good cooperation skills

Ability to work efficient and professional in high tempo

Language skills: English, Scandinavian or Japanese
