We are happy to launch the search in Application Management, Delivery Group Baltic for

APPLICATION ADMINISTRATORS (CHANNELS, CRM, LOANS, ERP)

Purpose of the position is to provide day to day maintenance and support of services (applications - products) in respective area in Application Management departmentto ensure stable and high quality delivery of services - applications. Primary activities are carried out within service request and incident process. Role is also responsible for performing application maintenance and analysis tasks as assigned by Service Manager or Application Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities of the person in this position:

  • solving of Service Requests, reports for business;
  • responsible for incident solving and being the first point of contact and primary counterparty for system administrator in incidents solving;
  • delivers additional information and consultation to Back Office users needed to perform their direct job duties in cases when users, due to technical reasons, do not possess such information themselves;
  • is responsible for data incidents and correcting data in the databases;
  • is responsible for appointed daily duties by senior application administrator or service manager;
  • makes changes in data according user request (if there are user or system errors);
  • reports about bugs and errors to developers or third parties;
  • takes part in testing of changes (to products and applications);
  • maintains and reviews operational documentation;
  • has the understanding of how products and services are offered through applications;
  • supervision of the automatic processes under respective application or service;
  • suggesting  improvements for raising application quality and improving maintenance efficiency.

You are very welcome to apply if you have:

  • higher education or in acquisition in IT field;
  • good knowledges about SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix/Linux;
  • basic knowledge about Java is a plus;
  • good knowledges about analytical databases;
  • knowledge and experience in financial institutions is a plus;
  • creativity and accuracy;
  • good communication skills, proactive and open to new ideas;
  • fluent english (oral and written), russian is a plus;
  • ability to identify problems;
  • stress tolerance.

The positions in Channels and ERP are for definite term, while current employee is on parental leave. The positions in CRM and Loans are for indefinite term.

Job location: Tallinn, Riga or Vilnius.
