Job description, tasks
 
  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new and existing products/services.
  • The position includes also general administrative duties, contacts with customers/ business partners and team leading.
  • Job involves travelling across Baltic's, Finland and Europe.
  • The Business Development Manager will actively participating in strategy development, marketing planning and M&A processes.

    Requirements
     
  • has an university degree preferably from information technology, economics, finance or business field
  • has solid business management experience with P& L responsibility
  • has leadership skills and experience from working in multinational team
  • is result oriented with drive and initiative
  • is forceful, has go & get attitude
  • is able to focus on key issues quickly, able of independent working, problem solving and decision making
  • has strong communication and negotiation skills
  • is ready for frequent travelling
  • is fluent in Estonian and English
  • experience from Internet or technology field is highly favored
