SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (INTEGRATION)

Group IT is the new group wide IT organisation including both the Swedish and Baltic IT organizations. Group IT goals are to increase business alignment, improve the deliveries and the availability of our IT functions and services and at the same time improve our efficiency. Group IT is currently in the transformation phase. 

Application Infrastructure is infrastructure service oriented sub-unit in I&O. Application Infrastructure ensures the delivery of IT infrastructure and operational services as client computing, terminal services, collaboration services, integration services and database services, in a flexible, cost-effective, and high-quality manner to enable business to operate towards bank customers.

Integration Services department is a service oriented department within Application Infrastructure. Integration Services department designs and manages following infrastructure services: message oriented middleware, data access and loadings, file-transfer and job-scheduling.

We are happy to launch the search in Group IT, Application Infrastructure, Integration Services Department

Responsibilities:

• Ensure agreed operational service levels (evaluate the impact of assigned work orders, install, resolve incidents and problems etc) in job scheduling and file transfer areas;
• Provide recommendations how to improve availability, capacity, scalability, manageability and security of IT infrastructure services;
• Participate in Group IT business and infrastructure projects designed to improve service to our customers;
• Fulfill agreed and assigned roles in IT processes.

We are looking for a person with:

• A relevant university degree within IT or relevant work experience;
• Experience in implementation and administration of large-scale infrastructure solutions (at least 2 years, preferably integration);
• Knowledge of latest technology, solutions and industry trends in job scheduling, data access and loading, message oriented middleware and file exchange areas;
• Basic Unix/Linux and network administration skills;
• Basic Shell (sh, bash, ksh etc), Perl/Python, C/C++/Java and SQL (Oracle) programming skills;
• Analytical and documentation skills;
• Communication and collaboration skills;
• Good English (oral and written).

Job details: This is a full time permanent position, based in Riga, Tallinn or Vilnius. However, the department spans over four countries, English is the official working language and some traveling is required.
