Business Development division (BDD) is created to fulfil Baltic Banking mission and implement its strategy. With the establishment of the BDD we aim to concentrate the best product, channel, process and customer offering knowledge within our organization into one central team. The purpose of the Customer relationship management Division is to develop best-in-class offerings and service strategies, to support and manage sales in countries to Baltic Banking customers. Customer Offers Development Department will develop unified strategic segmentation of both business customers and private individuals. Based on the acquired customer knowledge this department provides countries with segment service strategies and offerings.

KEY SEGMENT MANAGER

 

Purpose of the position:

Coordinates segment management on Baltic level, performs segment strategies to realize segment potential. Provides input for performance goals in short- & medium term business planning, alignment of sales & service capabilities and sales & service support segments in Baltic Banking.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develops & provides appropriate segment based input to short- and medium-term plans, aligns it with Baltic countries based Retail & Corporate units.
  • Coordinates sales & service related activities (incl. sales confirmation) by involving Baltic countries based Retail, Corporate, and Group Finance, Product, Channels, Marketing, Risk units.
  • Thorough understanding of segment needs coordinates implementation of appropriate activities to realize segment potential. Follows the changes in environment and ensures segment strategy adoption.
  • Ensures and leads implementation of initiatives to support strategies (e.g. CSP, Home bank), incl. environment for "Green", i.e. customer needs based sales & service.
  • Supervises content of individual Offers catalogue to ensure consistency of offers connection to customer needs.
  • Maintains relationship between country sales representatives to ensure effective best practise sharing and monitoring performance of sales & service related activities.

Expectations to candidate:

  • Seasoned professional in sales support, customer relationship management and/ or marketing and/ or analytical areas.
  • Not less than 2 years experience in business organizations (banks, insurance, telecommunication).
  • Prominent cooperation and leadership skills - proven ability to lead through others and achieve results without formal authority.
  • Innovativeness and creativity in combination with strong customer focus.
  • Deep understanding of banking business, incl. country differences and similarities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong result orientation.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
