Business Development division (BDD) is created to fulfil Baltic Banking mission and implement its strategy. With the establishment of the BDD we aim to concentrate the best product, channel, process and customer offering knowledge within our organization into one central team. The purpose of the Customer relationship management Division is to develop best-in-class offerings and service strategies, to support and manage sales in countries to Baltic Banking customers. Customer Offers Development Department will develop unified strategic segmentation of both business customers and private individuals. Based on the acquired customer knowledge this department provides countries with segment service strategies and offerings.

OFFERS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

 

Purpose of the position:

Responsible for customer need analysis and development of Segment service concepts, Customer service programs, and basic offering. Coordinates all offering related development activities between BB and Group units.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develops Segment service concepts: defines micro segments &  customer needs inside; defines customer channel preferences and need for sales force (according Baltic compass frame); defines segment management strategy; recommends offering for particular segment.
  • Orders new and validates/ align proposed development of products/ services, and channels (incl. related pricing) to ensure they are in line & fitting to Segment service concepts.
  • Develops Customer service programs, sets KPI's & monitors performance.
  • Provides information, facilitates best practice sharing between appropriate units in countries and Group units.
  • Provides input to segmentation process.

Expectations to candidate:

  • Seasoned professional in business development and/ or customer relationship management and/ or marketing and/ or analytical areas.
  • Not less than 2 years experience in business organizations (banks, insurance, telecommunication).
  • Innovativeness and creativity in combination with strong customer focus.
  • Deep understanding of banking business, incl. country differences and similarities.
  • Strong result orientation.
  • Very good analytical and logical thinking.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
